We can offer you a FREE Courtesy Car and also offer a drop off service so if you drop your car to us in the morning we can drop you at work or back at home and collect you later on. To enquire whether you are within our drop-off area, please get in touch.
We offer a FREE Collection and Delivery service as well as courtesy cars, but sometimes our customers prefer to wait.
You may decide to wait in our Reception and take advantage of a FREE hot drink, connect to the WiFi, or let your children play with available toys.

How to Comment or Complain

We pride ourselves on our trust and honesty and this is why we treat all comments with respect aiming to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
Where this is not possible, we are subscribed to the National Conciliation Service (NCS) which is the UK’s certified automotive retail Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. As one of our customers, you are able to use the NCS if you feel we have not internally been able to resolve your complaint.
The NCS has been certified by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) as compliant with UK and EU regulations in respect of ADR.
